SPORT & PLAY

PARK AM GLEISDREIECK

Yoga on the lawn in the morning, followed by table tennis or boule under the shady trees. In between, take a break at the kiosk while the children let off steam on the playgrounds. The Park am Gleisdreieck offers numerous opportunities for young and old to let off steam.

A sporting highlight in the eastern part of the park is the 1,300 square metre skate park, which has the largest outdoor pool in the city. It was built with the participation of active skaters and offers maximum fun for slides, grinds and flips.

In Westpark, the calisthenics facility under the U2 viaduct invites you to train. The multifunctional sports and play area under the U1 viaduct with trampolines, basketball hoop and fitness equipment can currently only be used to a limited extent due to renovation work by BVG.

Whether it's cycling, skating, jogging, Nordic walking, table tennis, boule, beach volleyball, trampolining, basketball, football, equipment fitness or yoga - the Park am Gleisdreieck offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities. The basic prerequisite for everyone to have fun is mutual consideration. The Park am Gleisdreieck offers enough free space for everyone.
