NATURE EXPERIENCE SPACE

The first nature experience space (Naturerfahrungsraum) in Berlin was created in 2009 in the Park am Gleisdreieck as part of a public participation process. After an expansion in spring 2022, children can experience plants, animals, soil and water on an area of 5,000 square metres. Particularly exciting for children is the modelled clay landscape, which invites them to splash and mud. The nature experience room in the Park am Gleisdreieck is freely accessible at all times and can be visited free of charge. Centrally located, it is an attractive destination for excursions all year round.
